My 1989 Sailfish has faded to the point that all the exposed gelcoat is pure white. Gelcoat that is protected from the sun is slightly off white.

jjudge, I think you will go crazy if you try to make a 88 Sailfish cabin rain-tight. But, the most probable leaks are around the windows, in my experience.
