Thanks I appreciate your help here. This may be more complicated than I thought.

Apparently me heating sensor of the O2 system stays on when the engine is not running. The only way to get it to turn off/cool down is to switch the battery off. Has anyone experienced this? Yamaha 150 ox-66 saltwater series.

I have a 150 yamaha 2 stroke engine. Recently my mechanic told me that the heater sensor for the oxygen sensor does not turn off when the engine is shut down. The rely is good, he suspects the computer. Anyone ever have this? Thanks, John

I assume the oil product you want to replace yamalube with is not free. Has anyone crunched the numbers to see what the actual savings is over the course of a year? Once that is done, is it worth the savings to risk real expensive engine troubles to save a few dollars. Yamalube was designed...

Do you know where the selenoid box is located. I expect that it will be in the transome area. I can't get to it right now with the cover on. It comes off tomorrow and I can look then. Thanks, John
