Heres a picture, you can see the spray on the starboard side. For some reason mine only does it on that side.

I have the same hull but the Marlin with the same tabs. Mine also throws a spray. It doesnt bother me so I never looked into what exactly was causing it.

My Marlin is also a 1997.

Marlin holds 305 gallons, 2 tanks 150 each, one may hold 155 but 305 is the total. The Sailfish holds 202 gallons, 150 and 52. I have a 1997 Marlin now and had the Sailfish prior.

Pennetrol will get the color back, you need to apply every other month or so. Just make sure they are clean and dry then wipe the pennetrol on with a rag, be careful the pennetrol will stain the fiberglass. You can also use Woody Wax, I use that sometimes and it also brings the color back.

150 and 52, i had a 1996 Sailfish.

I just went and picked up 2 small toggle switches at west marine and replaced them where the old ones were. I did have to cut the white cover slightly to get them to fit but couldet tell when you fit the rings on them.

I thought they were Todd brand but I was wrong, there were no markings on the seats. I called GW and they told me they are Wise. Gave me a phone number and I called them and they are sending me a couple sets for free.
