Bait tank pump constantly vapor locking when coming off of a plane if traveling over 25 knots. I have a 33 Express.

2003 Express 330 - I have the factory bait tank and an additional tank on the rear deck. I run Rule 1100's and have had zero problems with vapor lock.

    Transducer (s) for 330 Express

Many projects on my 330 this winter. My last winter project is refreshing my cockpit upholstery and it should be done on Monday. Anyway, I haven't seen much on Fishdope about great fishing for pelagics , most reports about deep bottom fish. Also, a lot of gray weather, wind and stubbornly...

    Aft floor drains

Need more information. All the Grady floor drains that I've ever seen do not have rubber gaskets. There are rubber, one-way flaps on the fittings where the water drains and exits the hull. Gravity and water pressure should allow these flaps to open and drain water. If they need changing, the...

    Transducer (s) for 330 Express

I'm on the SoCal coast. On my 330, I have a B60 and just added a B150M chirp transducer. Like you, I have two Simrad NSS Evo 3 MFD's, so I have the capability display both B60 frequencies and the B150 chirp all at the same time. I would not call myself an obsessed fisherman, but I do go out...

Bathroom Switch on 04’ 330 express

It makes noise - you'll know it's running when you switch it on.

Bathroom Switch on 04’ 330 express

I have an '03 330 Express in SoCal. A few years ago, I needed to replace the worn, torn ducts to make sure the foul smells were making it all the way to the stern exit area!!!

Bathroom Switch on 04’ 330 express

Fan is mounted under the vent and sucks the stale/smelly air out thru this vent, thru a duct under the starboard gunnel and exits at the starboard stern vent.

    Wring path on 330 Express

See today's post - "330 Express Stereo Install". The wiring path on that post is the same path that you'll need to follow.

    Circuit Breaker - 2003 330 Express

Issue resolved. SkunkBoat was correct - the light is not on the breaker. The light is on the circuit board very near the breaker. I followed the wire from the light and it had worked loose from a crimp connection on a spade terminal a few inches away. Re-crimped connection and light is now working.

    Circuit Breaker - 2003 330 Express

Yes - the circuit breaker is working - only a light issue. I was hoping that a member has dealt with this issue, gives me the info and I could have a replacement breaker in hand before removing panel and taking out faulty breaker.............. You'd think that Grady used a readily available...

This is the breaker - sump pump - light burned out.

    Circuit Breaker - 2003 330 Express

I need to replace a circuit breaker on the main panel of my 2003 330. It has a red light that signifies that the breaker is "on" - the breaker works, but the light is out. Does anyone know the manufacturer? It seems that Blue Seas is the predominant breaker out there, but that's not what I...

    trim tabs anodes

Zincs are cheap insurance - change them when needed. I had a FORMER cleaning service that waited too long to replace them - corrosion started on the leading edge of the tab!

    Grady wash down pump

Just to clarify - I assume you're looking for the SALT water washdown pump. If you have one, it either gets saltwater from a dedicated thru-hull valve or it is a Tee'd off connection from the live-well pump. Follow the salt water washdown hose to the pump. Then follow the pump inlet hose to...
