    Seakeeper Ride on Grady 235

Yes, I would be deciding based on being underway. The cost is high, which definitely plays a factor. I would price out the labor cost and consider installing it myself if need be. I'm not totally sold on it, but since I plan to keep the boat for years to come, it may be a nice feature to...

    Seakeeper Ride on Grady 235

Hello all. I am thinking about adding the Seakeeper Ride 450 on my Grady 235 freedom. Has anyone had any personal experience with the SKR on a GW235? Seen people say it's "a game changer" on other boat models. The 235 rides pretty good offshore in 2'-2.5' waves with minimal Trim tab work...

Adding a Fuel Bladder -- grounding

No, I do not have shore power on my vessel. It has a two bank battery charger (starter & house). There seems to be a ground wire coming from my fuel tank and going to the negative terminal of my battery. Any issues if I connect both of my valves together with a 10awg and route them to the...

Adding a Fuel Bladder -- grounding

I believe a spark can come from stray static. Brush against clothes enough, one can make a static charge.

Adding a Fuel Bladder -- grounding

Thanks for the suggestion. I would use an ATL Fuel locker bladder with SS valves and fittings. Yes, maybe I’m overthinking it, but I hear that static can generate as fuel is going through the SS quick connect fittings. I guess those Silk underwear will need to go into rotation.

Adding a Fuel Bladder -- grounding

Hello all. I plan to add a fuel bladder for extended range when fishing on my single engine. I plan to do a SS quick connect system and plumb the bladder to my water separator. I would have a SS ball valve for the bladder and one for the boat's gas tank. I want to ground the SS ball valves...

    Yamaha 350 vs 300?

Has anyone tried to tune their F300 to get that extra 30-40hp? Was it worth it and did you have any issues after the tuning?

    Boating to Bimini

I want to check to see if anyone was planning to head over to Bimini from FLL this summer. I’m planning to go with the family in a GW235, and checking to see for any buddy boats. Thinking about late June 2025. Thanks.

Wiring in GW 235 - neat or tangled?

I’m liking the color and your dash layout. Yes, the anchor drain is the same on mine as well. Great to hear they have your boat in the cue. In about 2-3 weeks you will be ready to launch. Exciting times!

Wiring in GW 235 - neat or tangled?

How did the delivery go of your new vessel? It would be great to see a couple of pics of it (inside and out). I would also be curious on the wiring setup behind the helm. Thanks.

Wiring in GW 235 - neat or tangled?

Exciting that your 235 is on its way. When you get it, please share how your wiring looks in the helm upon delivery. Hopefully it is neater than mine, and it will help me to put mine in order. Thanks.

Wiring in GW 235 - neat or tangled?

Thanks skunkboat for sharing how to reduce size of photo. Here is the wiring in the helm — it is a mess. Anyone willing to share their wiring layout in the helm to give me some ideas how to make this neater and easier to work through? Thanks.

Wiring in GW 235 - neat or tangled?

Yes, I do appreciate neatness under the helm as well. For me, I want to cut down the time of having to trace down wires if adding or updating equipment. It is not like I'm doing a lot of of it, but it would sure cut down on time when things are labelled and neatly installed. If anyone has...
