I have a 1999 Yamaha 250. There is a problem with intermittent power surges and shorting out of some equipment. Mechanic cannot find the problem. Engine has been well maintained and runs well with no previous problems/symptoms. Any ideas of what to ck for would be appreciated. Thanks.
