I just redid my helm on my GW 275 with the NewWire LuxMatte. It was a turned out great and they were good guys to work with. The LuxMatte comes at a premium price but for me it was worth it for the look and feel.

When I repowered my 275 I ordered a new cap directly from GW that seems be made from some type of vinyl. It has held up well for ~ 5 years.

The F350's have bigger issues than the fly wheels. The biggest issues I had was being in GA freshwater in January and the water freezing in the powerhead and poof. I would advise anyone to find an alternative to Yamaha 350s'.

Both the 84" and 96" are 36v. I read on other forums they have a 3-4 month wait list for the 96" and that could be the reason it is not lsted on their website.
