    Great feedback. I learned the hard way with my last boat, having too much weight on the back, not only did it wear down the transom, but it never drained the water properly..... What a mess.

    '87 23' Seafarer hull only asking $6,500 - good deal?

    The hull seems to be in great shape, factory mounted motor bracket, never been bottom painted. What do you all think this is worth? How much should I expect to pay in labor only to mount and rig a new motor? Thanks.

    I am planning on buying an '87 23' Seafarer and mounting a 2005 4stroke 200 HP on the back on a factory mounted bracket. Are there any issues I should be aware of regarding this make and year hull? What about keeping it in the water for 5-6 months. Are there scupper issues I have to worry...
