I consistently find that mounting engines one hole lower than the very highest point gives the best performance but your numbers look good, especially wot rpm. You could try raising it, go for a bigger prop, get it at 6k wot and hit 55mph. It’s a balancing game. Nice boat. Beast of an engine.
