Priming the bulb again after starting the engine fixed issue. It didnt fix itself. If i dont prime the bulb after starting motor problem is still there.

Took boat out last night. Primed ball till it got hard and then started motor. Let it run a couple minutes and ball was now soft( not sucked in though) , primed it again till hard and after that engine ran fine at all Rpm. What would cause that?

Its not the ox66 but i think your prob right about vst filter. Looks pretty straight foward to change. Engine is on a bracket with full platform, do you think i would be able to change with boat in the water?

That second pic is the valve to switch between both tanks. The fuel level senders are located on top of each fuel tank. Should be able to access them through the access holes on deck. I dont see the switch on your panel you may have to add unless its not labled Correct.

This was the main tank on my 97 tournament 22. Water gets between the rubber grady puts in And the tank. Replaced both tanks. Attached neoprene with 5200 directly to tanks so water cant get trapped against the aluminum again.
