Hi all, Anyone heard of M Costa Marine? Received an email from them recently, claiming to be a Grady Dealer for the Caribbean, and that they were given my email address from Grady in the US, who sends out contacts of Grady owners in the area.

Or, maybe until you add a bit more (or more water) to flush it out. Probably impossible to get every drop to drain out, since (as Dennis said) those bilge compartments are connected by a pipe that isn't necessarily flush with the floor, or even with the wall itself.

Hi all, My neighbor is having trouble with his 'otherboat'. His single Yamaha 150 will not start unless he selects 'both' on the selector switch. But this is true even with two new batteries (group 24 starters). I'm guessing it's an amperage issue, caused by some bad connections somewhere...

My 272 is 23 years old, and the seacock I have in mind may be original. It's locked in the 'closed' position, and I'm scared of pulling too hard on the handle, lest I tear the whole thru-hull out of place. Any advice? WD-40? Or is a green-corroded seacock never going to unlock? I suppose...

Hi GradyChris, I have a '95 272, so will be happy to be a conversation partner if helpful. It sounds to me like you've discovered an intake for one of the accessories. Yes, the manual should be helpful, and you should also track down which seacock (if one is installed) can lock that pipe shut.
