Did you get an owners manual with the boat. There should be a wiring diagram and location in that book. If not, I think you can download one from Grady's site

Probably zero. I use a product called Salt Away that has n inline flush unit that hooks to your hose. If your really concerned, make a couple of passes with it until the cup is empty both times. I'm running a pair of 1997 2-stroke that get flushed out religiously and they still run great.

anything less then a 10% variance is tremendous. My twin 1997 150s are about the same.

Novel thought-- Get a 1/4 in thick piece of aluminum. Cut a round disc the size of the flange on the sender. Drill holes 1/8 deep or just deep enough to counter sink the rivnuts into the new ring. Push the Rivnuts thru the holes, into the holes in the tank. Place the assembly over the old holes...

Not sure how old your sending units are, Bu I replaced both of my original sending units with WEMA senders. Have NOT questioned them since. They were replaced in 2004.

I would put down a sheet of plastic to put the canvas on instead of directly on the asphalt. Some cleaners will pull the oils out of the asphalt.
