Thanks everyone for your opinions. I think this year I will "not" by pass the hot water heater and just drain and add more of the pink stuff. It is a real pain to by pass the hot water.

Does anyone winterize their fresh water system without by passing the hot water heater?

What do you guys do with the fresh water system, specifically the hot water heater? I bypass the hot water connection at the heater and reroute to the cold then run antifreeze through the system.

I had a very similar issue last season on one of my F225. I had the impleller changed not original Yamaha parts, had low water pressure. Had the mechanic replace with original as i watched him do it and the pressure was then normal no isues.
