I am following. I have done a little research. Not sure is a 60 inch would work or better off with a 72 inch. Also believe I will need to cut bow rail to make room for deploying and stowing.

Paper measure 2.75. Divide by 3.14 equals .875. Bow rail diameter is 7/8th of an inch. Sounds right to me.

I recently took a buddy out on my 208. Was a breezy day. 15 to 20 mph. The first couple swells we hit he was ducking expecting to be drenched. He later commented on how dry the boat was. He was not used to that.

2006 boat. It has the heavier hull with forward ballast to compensate for the heavier 4 stroke.

I am curious what everyone with Grady 208 and f150 combo has there engine height mounted? Mine is one hole down on bracket. So one hole exposed above engine mount bolt. I feel like I could go up 1 hole and see some rpm improvements. What is your engine mount height and have you tried adjusting?

Times 3 on the space between helm seats. That is my only gripe with my 208. Other than that I love the boat. I agree with all the other 208 comments. It is a bigger feeling 20 foot boat.

I think the 209 hull is the same as the 208 hull. Or very similar.
