Another note...I saw a 2002 306 at the dock yesterday, re-powered with Verado 300's. Looked good. Didn't see the owner or I would've asked about performance. Not sure of the Verado 300 weight, but might be over Grady spec.

Re: Livewell Pump Running with Switch Off??? I like that idea...didnt think of it at the time. Unfortunately, my washdown pump took a crap on my a few days ago too....I think the pressure cutoff switch is faulty, as the pump is only working intermittently.

Sorry, typo on my part. I went from 15 1/4 x 19P to 15 3/4 x 15 P. Same brand/model prop...SWSII SDS

Thank you all for the suggestions. I changed the props to 15 3/4D x 19P, and I am now turning 5900 RPMS and have gobs more torque. If anyone is interested on the SDS props I took off, let me know. They are SWSII SDS 15 1/4 x 19P.

I have a 2000 Bimini 306 that was not ordered with the optional folding transom seat. If I can source an OEM folding seat, is it possible to install, or was the vertical mounting surface beefed up with more glass or aluminum backing plates at the factory if the option had been ordered?

On the port side of my tackle center in a 2000 306, I have a cabinet door, with 3 poly drawers behind it. Something is stuck behind the bottom drawer, which is preventing the door from closing completely. I cannot figure out how to remove the drawers so I can get to whatever has dropped behind...

Thanks everyone for the feedback! I called Grady and they did confirm I should be running 15 3/4 Diameter by 15 pitch props. Seems as though the SDS props in this size are hard to come by and back-ordered until October! I guess I'll try ebay.
