I posted back in July about an overheating problem on my port machine. I have replaced the Thermostats, Water Pump Impeller, Cleaned the PR Valve and tested the Thermosenders and I my alarm still trips from time to time at various rpms. Any ideas??

I only have 175 hours on these engines. Is it common to have to replace this many parts with these amount of hours? Thank you

Thanks guys. I forgot to ask about topping up the steering fluid in my Seastar helm pump. How far should the oil level be from the top of the pump housing? I assume that I should not overfill to allow for expansion. Thanks again for your advice.
