If you haven't changed the LP filters in a long time, it may be worth doing- even if they aren't the cause of your problem. It sounds like an issue I had and resolved by cleaning vst screens in the past.

I'm subscribed to this post. I just bought the same set up. P/O said about 25 gal/hr at 38-40rmpm cruise. Supposed to be 600 hours or less on the engines... I've had them before they are pretty easy to maintain. I'm going to check what is the best set up with "propgods.com" it seems there...

So, I've been looking at older Marlins. Where exactly is this water intrusion? There is one in VA that is disclosing he has moisture in port/starboard aft sections. Is the moisture in the integrated bracket/transom? Or, is the hull itself cored above the waterline?

I'd stay with Yam, Honda or Zuke for best resale value.

Lol, I have a buddy that had an old Grady and the anti siphon problem was intermittent- drove him crazy, rebuilt carb, changed filters, coils, wires etc. then by the end of his season he found the anti siphon. I had one with the problem in the past too... but I figured it out by running on aux...

I have a plumbed porta potty on my 23 GS with macerator and it works very well. Perhaps the previous owner was just weird about that stuff. It's very simple an doesn't take up much space. Just hit the button when ur offshore and its empty.
