I found replacements at Boat Owner's Warehouse. I don't believe they were the same brand as Grady used originally, but they were an exact fit. Unfortunately, BOW's website is difficult to navigate and doesn't necessarily reflect what you find in the store. Rob

FWIW... I had a hard time accessing the screws without tearing the dried out bolsters. Finally I figured out that I was getting the darn things off to have them redone and tore whatever tore to get to the screws.
