I ran a circuit across to the port side using the tube in the floor and yes I drilled a small hole and fished the wire up ,mine is used for an external pump for the bait well,its simple hidden behind the seat I think that's much easier .

Congrats , I have the same boat without HT ,same engine , not sure if you have the brown dash and side panels I removed mine and had a body shop paint them and off white .This year installed hydraulic pistons for the bait and cooler boxes same as the newer 208's have !

GW REP spoke of a 3/4 fiberglass block I was confused where this was needed but now understand , GW said they would send some pictures and would attempt a template from a new installation . Always impressed with customer service.
