That panel is extremely easy to access. 8 screws and they left enough wire on 120v and 12v sides to pull it out. I’d be shocked (pun intended) if you removed it and didn’t find an obvious loose wire. I had my entire 12v side cutting out and it was a loose ground.

It’s bow thruster lube. Tube runs into the silver plate where the leg shaft runs through the tunnel. They deleted that on later models. . My ‘04 sidepower SP55S has it

I’d start with engine height. The anti ventilation plate should be at water level. The factory and dealers seem to default to burying the engines. I feel like there interest is in delivering a boat that's good enough, not necessarily optimized for best performance.

I’ve had my ‘04 for almost 3 seasons. I like it so much I repowered it. It’s a beast of a boat. Stepping up from a 22’ CC to a 330 certainly cures 2 footitis! Kind of like killing a fly with a 12 gauge but still gets the job done :D

Got around to wiring up the led’s. Used a wetsounds controller that fits in place of a standard carling dash switch. The controller isn’t the easiest to use but it’s ok for now. It says it’s sync’d to the music but I’m dubious . I’ll probably just keep it on a solid color when I do use it...

I think it’s worth a try for 4 blades for docking and midrange. The 330 is never gonna be fast with 225’s or 250’s…even with 300’s mine is no speed demon. I have my 3 blades dialed in pretty good but I’m contemplating a set of 4 blades to see if I like them.
