    Rocker Switch Replacement

I bought the wrong rocker switch covers during the winter for a 1994 192 when the boat was covered. Picture one shows the covers which advertised they were direct replacement switch covers from early 1990,s up Grady Whites. My rocker switches are shown in picture number 2. So now I should redo...

Transom Rot Rebuild on a 94 Tournament 192

An in progress and completed transom image. Cost was $4200.00 Canadian dollars two years ago. The transom actually fractured on this boat. For me it was well worth having the transom redone as the rest of the boat is in great shape.

    Grady white 192

Two years ago I replaced the 150 Oceanpro on my 192 with a 150 Etec G1 as it was the lightestweight option. Excellent motor. Gets up and goes fully loaded. Huge difference in gas consumption. The newer 192 Freedom versions is more weight forward to balance the heavier 4 strokes.

Repowered 1994 Grady White Tournament 192

According to the motor dealer a Rebel stainless steel prop can provide 10% more speed due to stronger or more cupping which makes it an easy decision.

Repowered 1994 Grady White Tournament 192

Just replaced our 1993 150 Hp Evinrude that was the origional motor on the 1994 192 Tournament. Went with the Evinrude Etec G1 due to the weight (418 lbs) as the origional motor was about 375 lbs. The Etec G2 150 is heavier (496 lbs) and also more money although it has some very nice...

Keep in mind this price is Canadian dollars. He has been doing fibre glass boat repairs for thirty years and has a small shop. The transom was replaced with marine plywood. Hopefully will last another 20 years.

    Transom Damage?

My transom looked good and I did not see flex when I bought it but in my case the motor pushed through the transom. Firsts outing in it. $3500.00 later and all is good. The guy that did my boat said he has seen bubbling spots on the other Grady hulls which were thickness of gel coat issues...
