Thank you Skunk, I was hoping to hear from you as you are truly a wealth of info..My peers called me the walking encyclopedia of construction back in the day, I would say you are that for this site!! As for JJF's post, I based this number based on repair manuals that give you the ratio of...

Question, from the transom picture above would everyone agree on my cut lines(based on the glass thickness Have allowed 3" of taper for reinstallation of glass) or should they be out further past lifting bolts and scuppers. I guess I should be cutting those out as well but only concerned about...

I think I am going to have to put in on. perhaps at the helm at first to see how it stands up. but just like my rods, a fine sanding after cleaning the handles look new, well see. No power

definitely go with single 350 as mentioned above imo. I feel like my old 225 on the 24 was under powered with 2 big gas tanks and beefy hard top. so only 25 more hp on that rig with a full load makes sense

    EVA Decking on the cheap

my concern is that 3m stuff. being pressure sensitive the longer its down the harder it will likely be to clean it up. plus whatever extra adhesives used to put down edges and trims pcs. big mess that will eventually have to be dealt with plus what's underneath that caused the decision to use a...

    265 express cabin access plexiglass

maybe not epoxy but there are some really good products out there that may do the job. One I highly recommend is "Special T". I use this for many things but mostly to mount my acrylic heads to rubber hook keeper for my offshore lures. I does a super job on plastics.

    OX66 Winky Blinky Expertise Needed

so I have a thought based on an experience I had. Did you try taking temp readings of all the cylinders of the problem engine? see if the uppermost cylinders are warmer. I found my cut out to limp mode ended up being because one of the screws holding down the impeller plate was stripped and...
