Thanks guys. I ended up buying a whole brand new factory Grady-White box with all the switches and breakers from e-Bay. It has two minor blems in the starboard. I probably could have bought all the new switches and breakers for less, but I like the look of the new box.

Just call Sim Yamaha with your engine numbers to find out. But I would scope them first. If the look like new, they were probably replaced already.

I would do that swap in a minute, even if I had to replace both exhausts. The value of your boat will increase above the out of pocket expense.

Had trouble with some of the pictures, but hopefully you get the idea. The console all looks new with new ignition, start buttons, control and new Lexan mounting plates. I decided this was a better route to take than a later model Grady. Used boat prices are still pretty high.
