I called my Grady dealer in NJ and they told me about 150K list with the same options I have on my 2021 Adventure 208.

I have been having good luck with Kettle Creeks. The thing I like is you can change the weight of the jig head to get to the depth your looking for. Mostly fishing around the Mantoloking bridge area.

Winter flounder and small stripers still around the Manto bridge if anyone is interested.

No, solid box. I did the installation from the front and pre-mounted the electronics in the new dash panel. You lose your glove box storage but its a nice clean look mounting on the flush panel.

The outriggers look sweet. My 208 came in about a month ago. Its in the water and I finished up the new dash.

My Adventure is here. Cut it open yesterday although wont be putting it in the water for another few weeks at least. As I start adding electronics etc. I will post some pics in case it helps someone out. I'm going to do a flush panel like the original poster did among a few other things.

This is what Grady sent me. Its has the dimensions on it although this is for a 2021. Not sure if it will be the same for other model years.

I called Grady and they sent me the template and the dimensions. I just went to the Tap Plastics website and inputted the dimensions from the template. Couldn't have been easier. I'm not sure all of the model years are the same though.

Yes I did find it. I ordered it through a company called TAP Plastic. I went with 1/2" black gloss plexi. I put in the dimensions, radius on the corners, eased edge, etc. It is scheduled to be delivered this week I will let you know what I think when it comes.

That might be true Seasick. I have a pic of a new 208 but only of the starboard side and it does show the inspection plate. Not sure of the port side but the livewell is on port so im thinking it may have one for access. Ill probably call Grady and ask them. I've made a few calls to them already...

That is a very good idea. I never thought of mounting them in the inspection plate. I have a livewell on the one side, do you have much clearance behind the plates? I'm thinking a shallow speaker may be needed.

I ordered a new Adventure 208 with a hardtop. I'm planning my electronics package and cant figure out the best place for speaker placement. I would prefer to flush mount them although I'm not opposed to bracket mounting them if I have to. Any ideas from 208 owner would be appreciated. Thank you

Nice job on the rod holders. I'm also surprised to see wood in the gunwale, I was told all composite as of 2016. I finalized my order on the same boat today with a May delivery. Gonna be a long winter waiting.
