No sir. No yellow cover. No hole. I think the handle may be removable with just a single nut though. May tackle it mañana. Thanks again.

How does it attach? Just drill a hole in the valve handle? Almost certain mine does NOT have a hole already in the handle.

Hey KY, tell a bit more about that lever on your seacock. (the jokes just write themselves there huh?) Is that OEM, or something you’ve added? Mine in the bottom of the Gulfstream is hard to reach on a good day. Can only see partial…. but that looks like exactly what I need to solve that issue.

Looks great Smoky. I aspire to get my certificate of learning from the KYGSBTRS Your family must be so proud. This post was timely for me, as I just tore this open yesterday. Need access for a complete rewire I’m doing. Going to apply the sentiment above to mine as well. It is pretty ugly...

180 CC Dashboard Circuit Breaker & Switch Replacement?

Hi Rob. I think you are looking at one of these (see pic at link). Not sure all are designed identical to the one attached, but all I have seen are. Rubber boot screws off. Locking nut is then accessible. The breaker will need to slide out the back though. The switch itself looks discolored...

were to get replacement switch panel?

To anyone else looking at doing this...I just went through the dance over the past two weeks trying to decide a course of action. As others have said, New Wire Marine for the win. I ended up not going to a custom panel due to the $$$ being better spent elsewhere (recovering my coaming bolsters...

    Plexiglass replacement

If you have any guys that do custom fish tanks in your area, they could do it as well out of acrylic. A piece of cake for those guys.

Greetings All, Long time lurker, but joined up recently as I am finally starting to get serious about refreshing my ‘87 Gulfstream 232 after having had it for 3 years now. Have puttered and piddled with it over that time, I am now making time in my life to get it where I want it. I am a KY...
