My 01 200 hpdi started to surge today. At one point i couldnt get more than 3500 rpms. When i did get the rpms up i couldnt get more than 4500. I normally get 5200 wide open. Can this be a vst filter problem?? If it is, how do i go about changing it? Thanks, Lenny
