    Trolling motor on 271 Canyon

    Has anybody ever put a trolling motor on this model? Is it awkward since it is a deep V boat? I the shaft long, so long that it's a pain to stowe? If someone had picture to post too :)

    No, sorry the bench would have to be relocated to the left at least 1/2". I will try to post a picture tomorrow. Still a big job they will have to resin and gel coat the old holes shut.

    I have a 6 month old Freedom 285 Grady White which I really have enjoyed so far. My question is the dive door on the side when opened rubs the rail of my rear bench seat. Should I make them fix this correctly or do I just let it go?

    Sorry for the confusion, I wasn't that clear after rereading it. So my Grady comes with a 30 amp 120V twist lock plug, I am converting it down to 15 amp 120V more common receptacle plug at my house with no problem. Question is why does Grady build them with the 30 amp plug? What is the draw...
