Removed the stripes from my 240 Offshore over the winter. Makes it look like a whole different boat. Like drbatts said, after she was buffed and waxed, made the hull look a lot cleaner. Try to get a pic soon.

the transom rating for the offshore is 300hp. i have twin 150 evinrudes on the back of my offshore and my scuppers sit below the water line. rain water still drains just fine.

Want to replace old thru hull transducer(not even hooked up anymore) with an Airmar B60 tilted element. Not sure if the 12 or 20 deg is correct. Airmar suggests mounting it as close to center of keel as possible. The keel in that location is rounded. I would think that the 12 deg would work...
