It's just a piece of L-channel - you can source that anywhere.
Your local dealer probably has the vinyl ones in stock, though - it's a common thing to replace. Well, to replace the mis-engineered (for WAY too long!) aluminum ones, I mean.

Grady White Dealers have the vinyl reopen placement - I had mine done last year. They also glassed over the open gap before applying the new cap - looks great and double sealed.
