Grady has that info. Give them a call.
What I would usually do is measure the distance between stringers and set my lift bunks to mimic stringer spacing. That has the added benefit of missing through-hulls, as they are obviously not under the stringers. Watch out for stern-mount transducers, though.
On a SV2 hull, I would “pigeon toe” the bunks about 1” each bunk closer to the other on the forward most cradle beam. I learned that from Charleston Trailer who built a trailer for one of my Grady’s. That set up had a lot more bunk/hull contact/support so I copied it to my lift.
