Hello Grady Owners!

I own a 2001 Grady White 248 Voyager and the plastic side-panels on both the passenger and driver side (where the panel switch is mounted) are cracking and falling apart after 20 years now (photos below). Only a matter of time before one or both shatter on me.

I have seen some individuals remove the panels entirely on some for sale listings for the same model. Im unsure what other models have the same panel, but if anyone is willing to let me know, that would be great!

I am removing the sets this weekend and handing them to my buddy whose a professional with fiberglass to create a mold and sell new fiberglass sets.

I would review cost in parts and labor and get a price out as soon as I am done, as well as photos installed of the new set!

Its not our first rodeo with creating a similar panel. I have made a fiberglass replacement for a panel set as well on the 28cc and the 33cc Hydra-Sport:

Nicely done. Will last forever now. I did a similar thing to my transom cap. Molded and made it with fiberglass.
