Console Windshield fasteners loose

The screws fixing my canyon 271 windshield are loose, (spinning without purchase) resulting in loud annoying squeaking of the glass / fiberglass interface.

Any suggestions on how to access back of these screws or address?

Try to get behind it to install new screws with washers and nuts.

You could also go to a larger oval hard screw with finish washers and may a grommet behind it. Make sure you bed the screws is something like 3M4000. If not bedded screws work loose and "saw" away at the hole. Eventually you get to where you are now.
