I want to change the control cable on my starboard motor on my 2003 265 Express and I've looked at the cable and the length isn't show. The cable has a very tight radius at the engine and I believe it is too short. This prevents me from pulling the control box out too far so I want to replace with a longer cable. It would be much easier to tie the new cable to the old and pull it through that way which is why I don't want to just pull the cable to find the length Thank you in advance
