Delamination port side - down to bottom paint

Providing an update here on some findings. The boat was surveyed as noted in the original post. I met w/ the surveyor yesterday while he was going through it. There was noticeable water wicking in the area of the thru hull to the port side of the leaning post. It was his assessment the water was coming in via the thru hulls at mid section and rear. I never knew these were supposed be removed recaulked regularly.
