Express 330 carbon canister fuel vent location

Can anyone tell me where the carbon canister fuel vent is located and how to access it on the Express 330. I have a 2018 with the dreaded slow fuel fill issue. Hull side vents are clear and I’d like to potentially bypass the carbon fuel canister to rule that out. If that doesn’t work I’ll need to install a new vent at the tank per the tank manufacturer recommendation (more invasive and more money).

“That carbon canister is behind the water heater. You can remove the panel under the starboard helm fold down seat; you will see the water heater. I also sent you a picture of the canister through the starboard cockpit speaker hole.”

Good - get that thing out of the mix. Although often times overfilling leads to clogging it, it shouldn't have been there to begin with. EPA oversight.
