Fuel Sender and Ski Pylon

Hi guys ,

Two part question, can someone tell me the part number (or at least the length) of the fuel sender for a 2011 Freedom 255? I will remove it and check but I figured it was worth a shot to ask.

More importantly - what does everyone do to plug the hole left in the transom once the ski pylon is removed? Right now I have a ~4” hole that allows water to flow on top of my batteries.

Not entirely sure if this will work for you, given the location. But in an old rowboat I cut an access hole to fix a leaking spot at the bow eye. After the repair I found a Tempress access hatch that closely matched the hull color and fashioned a little storage that I didn’t have before. I didn’t want to learn how to repair and try to match 20-year old gel coat.
