It has been a year and a week since Google Ads took over the site, how’s that working out? I’m sure that you run analytics on a regular basis, how many new members in the last year? How many first time users in the last year have stuck around? What’s the average number of people logged in at one time between 7 PM and 10 PM on a nightly basis? What is the posts per day compared to five years ago?
I’m no longer a Grady owner, so maybe it’s none of my business, but it is still a bookmark that I check out on a regular basis. What I see is a lot more familiar names missing, or posting less frequently, than I see new names adding to the conversation.
When this is what a typical first time user might see, how can you blame them for never coming back?
