Is there a better way to wire the T TOP BOX for 15 amp service? This set up is 14 gauge wire from t top bus to dash panel. I have a VHF, GPS, LED light and USB Power charger port connected to it. The second radio is powered by a diverse/ direct run to the power supply, and is original from Grady factor. All radios have in line fuses.

What is the factory method?

Not sure what you are looking for. My Islander upper electronics box is like yours. You could flush mount and close the box up but most of the boats are done this way.

Islander Capt,
The question was, is there a better way to provide higher amp service to the T TOP 12v 15 amp distribution bus?
I'm going to move one VHF Radio power to its own power supply. That will provide diversity and redundancy for VHF. The T TOB GPS uses 3.5 amp, The VHF is up to 3 amp, the LED Light is 5 amp and the Bluetooth charger is 2.5Amp. So right under 15 amps. I will not use all devices at the same time. I don't want to flush mount the back up devices. I want quick access to their power supplies and antenna connections.

Thanks.
