Hi guys, I have a 20 year old 208, with the polyethylene tank..I've had the boat over a year and have not hosed off the fuel tank yet. Just curious, how many of you do hose off the tank, how often and how important do you think it is.

After 20 years, not important at all:)
Seriously though, the washing off is meant for metal tanks. The poly doesn't suffer the same corrosion issues.

Yeah, you don't need to wash a poly tank. Just check the filler and gauge fittings for corrosion. Spray them with Corrosion X or an equivalent once a year.
