Hey Ken;
Fab boat!

I'd be interested in your total towing weight(Boat+Gear+Trailer.)
Plus, what kind of truck/engine combo you have and the towing mileage.

Reason being, I tow my 232 Gulfstream around quite a bit, and I always like to hear about towing facts and stats..

Have a great '08 with your rig....

Magical Bill,
Getting weighed on an scale is on my list of things to do. The trailer is 2400 pounds and the Canyon Draggin' probably weighs around 9500 to 10k loaded out, my best guess. I pull her with a Dodge 2500, Cummings Diesel that hs a six speed manual transmission. The Dodge has no problem pulling the boat at all. My biggest concern was stopping, so we put disc breaks on all three axcels and a electric over hydrolic break system. You can control the sensitivity and the breaking pressure of the trailer from within the truck. Its a nice set up. I am getting about 15 mpg towing, but she has been fairly light. I use to get 18 mpg towing my Gulfstream to Ocean City and back.
