The originals just daisy chain from one to the other to the other..
There is one negative cable that passes thru a tube from port to starboard.
The positive #1 and #2 cables between the switches also pass port to starboard. All of that remains in place in the new setup.

Basically, the new setup breaks into the motor start wires to add On/Off switches under the gunnels. The dual switch also breaks into the House feed that is now removed from the starboard switch "FEED"

Thanks! I also assume there is another ground daisy chained off one of the batteries that goes to the helm for ground?

ABYC regs 'allow' up to 5 connections to a battery terminal. That sounds like a lot but are not uncommon in some cases for example you may have direct leads for bilge pump, stereo memory, windlass, trickle charger etc.
One way to reduce the count at least for the positive feeds is to make that connection at the battery selector switch by using the terminal that direct connects to the battery. Although this reduces clutter at the battery, it make it a bit harder to trace feeds if needed.
