New fishfinder/gps shopping

I had the same problem on my Marlin 300 dash, only the plexiglass doors with an old GPS mounted. I wanted dual 12" Lowrance Lives, but they would not fit. Got 2 Ram Mount Gimbals, heavy duty and swing out both and it works great. Of course, they are not permanently mounted, but no problem, I take out when done, and they stay inside house out of the heat and sun. I can send pics if interested.
