228 Seafarer's can definitely be pretty few and far between depending on the time of year you're looking for one. You mentioned a 225 Tournament or Freedom, did you see this one down in Florida?

thanks! 2006 with max HP250. Lower hours. Freshwater used, one owner. Has a Yamaha 8hp HT with auto pilot.
