Okay....going over the USCG checklist.
Registration documentation - Seems sorta silly...I mean, I get it.. you have the numbers and registration sticker on the outside of the boat.... you keep the registration paperwork in the glovebox.. how many forms of registration they want? sheesh...I mean.. if the thing is current... the sticker will show it... just silly imo..keeping paperwork on a dang floating car...lol.. but, I do not see a lot of boats with boat names and hailing ports on the hull. Sure, I am adding mine on the stern.. but, there was not one there before.. and I hail out of Cedar Creek, TX.. lol.. that is not a port...
I did not know having a boat name and/or hailing port on the hull was required.. I just happened to get one. Do they really check that, because I guarantee.. most boats do not have that...
