I found them on ebay, just search grady white screw covers and plenty of options come up.

There are many color choices and the ones I picked were a bit whiter than the surrounding gelcoat. They look fine but something more towards almond might match better.

Did the same as seasick from Pro-Dec. Went with almond as I remember.

There are a few ( may 4 or 5) white and off white related colors available. I am not sure which one is the best match for the Grady color but the white is too white in general.

They are cheap so I changed them all in a color I liked, no issues with matching that way!

I changed them all too but the white still stood out. I just said that it was my fashion statement

same here. They are a bit dark, but better than what was there.
i installed them on the 3 screws on the electronic box flush mount kit. Looks great.

remove them and use finishing washers
