It is the model 4185, that is the one that swivels.

fellow 228 owner. trying to find valve to turn off live well waters supply for live well

Good evening, sorry for the late reply. It should be on the starboard side of the boat. Lift the back seat up and there should be a long steel rod attached to the valve. I think you push it down to close it. (Could be the other way.). That is where mine is. What year is your 228?
