I see that this has been discussed before, years ago. I am looking for possible new information. I have a 1997 Adventure 208. I am searching for the transom scupper flap replacements (or the entire assembly). I have not seen anything online (yet).
I would also like to replace the rubber gaskets on the 6" motor well access lids.
Is there a marine parts store that might carry these items?
Thanks.

There are a multitude of different marine parts stores online as well as you've probably also got a few locally nearby. When you're talking about the scuppers, are you talking about the style with the tab and the one set screw holding it into place, or the one with the four screws?

Thank you for the quick reply. I have the one with 4 screws, Plastic retaining ring OD is approx 2.75". I see there is one of that size in first amazon link that you sent.
I also contacted a couple marinas and they told me to bring the scupper to them .

Don't worry it's a standard size. The problem with standards is that there are so many different ones to choose from! I went thru this two years ago when I wanted to replace my scupper valves. They vary slightly in diameter and hole placement. Event though they have 4 holes they won't line up with the existing screw hole in the thru hull. You could drill new ones but I didn't want to do that.

What I did was pull one of the old scupper valves and look for the manufacturer on the nylon ring. That worked for me.

Thanks again to everyone. This is all great help. I will post results when I complete the repair.

Did you ever find a proper replacement?

Well, I got one at a local boat dealer. It is a Seadog 520500-1 scupper, same size, hole pattern very close but not exact. I will post results when I get it done (hopefully soon).

The new Seadog 520500-1 are now installed. The boat has 4 scuppers, for the inner ones (next to either side of the motor) the PVC drain pipe sticks out a bit past the outer transom surface (at least it does on my Adventure 208). This required using the retaining ring on the old scupper to space out the new scupper. The old transom mounting holes fit the new scuppers. See pics attached for details.
