While the boat is sitting in the driveway and not on the lift?

Tournament 205
Just wondering what are the best add-ons/customizations that you've added to your boat?

I have a 205 Tournament and I have upgraded and put in a Simrad Go7 and added a bluetooth adapter for the stock radio. I didn't know if there were any must haves that anyone had done they would be willing to share...

Thanks,

Hi,
What year is the boat? You could do some GW part updates, electronics, or potentially new things.

Depends on budget and what you use it for, but for me - Auto Pilot. If it was in my budget, I would love to add a hardtop to mine. (I have an Adventure 208).

good Winter projects;
Rod Holders
LED floods, courtesy, nav & anchor
LED underwater lights
fwd bilge pump (if you don't have one)
more rod holders
some good ideas above… will add some others.
- Mesh net or T-Top bag under the hardtop you have installed for storage.
- Stainless steel cup holders
- Stainless steel screws (replace the painted ones that are chipped or rusting)
- Stainless steel latches (circular from Southco)
- Freshwater washdown
- Enclosure if you don't have one
- RainX glass
- Ditch bag

I usually replace a few worn cushions or curtains each year to keep the boat up to date. By doing a few each year it keeps the cost manageable. Two fairly reasonable upgrades depending on the age of your boat is to replace worn panel rocker switches and stainless steel cup holders. Get the 316 stainless some of the cheaper ones on the market get rust stains when In a salt water environment. Good luck
