Good Morning, I read your post regarding jack plate on 25CC. Was that a Grady? I've got 230 Fisherman w/ 300. Noticed you mentioned Currituck my folks reside in Nags Head we tow the boat down occasionally. A jack plate would allow me to venture into shallow water fishing for trout/drum & added convenience venturing to sandbars w/ the Fam. I'm considering 6" offset Atlas HD unit.
Chesapeake Mike, Did you ever find a replacement under seat tackle box for your GW Gulfstream? I am having the same problem and would like to get a replacement.
Do you have any pictures of the dual batteries in your Grady. I replaced mine and it appears battery 1 is not getting charged. Battery 2 is fine.

Is it not charging while running and battery switch turned to 1? Unless you have the auxiliary charging wire on your motor, only one battery at a time will charge when switch is on either 1 or 2. Running switch on both, you won't get full amps from alternator to either one, kinda like a trickle charge.
Trolling motor question?
Has anyone mounted a trolling motor on the bow pulpit on a walk around style boat?
I have a new to me 07 185 Tournament 230 hrs. I’m curious what did you pay for yours? I traded title for title ,a Cadillac XLR-V for the boat.

Hi Frankie - Sorry for the long delayed reply. I also worked a trade with my friend, so no money changed hands. But my very knowledgeable mechanic put the value at between $25-29K. I had to put a little work into the motor, de-striped, ceramic detailing and added MarineMat flooring. I love the finished product and plan on holding onto it for many years to come!
I am very interested in buying the leaning post off you. I live in Quincy. Let me know what you were thinking of for a price. I am new to this forum and dont know how to start a direct message. Would really appreciate it if you could get back to me thanks.
Just made a donation to the Great Grady site. Great place for information and great people to talk to . thanks to everyone for all of your help.
Did you ever get the USB port fixed? I have the same issue as you, although mine were working at one point. I don't want to remove and recaulk the housing.

Hi, I'm reaching out with a couple qustions if you don't mind. I have the same boat with a 250 Yamaha that I'm looking to repower this year to a 300 Suzuki. How do you like th e performance with the 300 and what do you have on it for a prop? Appreciate any info you can give. Thanks!
I saw you post re: freshwater faucet on your Voyager. I recently came into a project Voyager myself. The boat did not come with the freshwater system but I will be adding one shortly. I would be interested in any advice you can offer and certainly photos of how the 3D printed inserts turned out.

Thanks!
