I think Boat Hound has a pair of Rev 4's on his 265. I never saw that he posted any numbers with them. I had Ken send me a set of 17's but unfortunately they were both RH when I opened them up. There is a LOT of blade area on them and I wonder if you'd be over propped.

Just a guess but it could be some water in your gas that gets ingested only when it's rough. Switch your tank feeds and see if it has any effect. If not then you ruled that out...
